CANCELLATION POLICY
We always cross our fingers that each class session will be full, but if class enrollment is low, we do reserve the right to cancel a class. Students always receive a full refund if a class is cancelled. Since some classes will be held outdoors a class may be cancelled because of bad weather. If this occurs a make-up class will be held.
We do our best to fill each class with a plethora of wonderful and exciting knitting information. We realize life can get in the way of knitting, but we do ask that you make an effort to attend every class so that you don't fall behind. If you miss a class and feel that you need extra help, a private class can be arranged at the discounted price of $10 an hour. You must be registered for a current class to receive the discounted price.
If you need to cancel your class registration, please notify us immediately by email ramona@sweatergirlsknit.com or call 505-280-7557. You may cancel a class up to 7 days before the first day of class for a full refund. With Less than 7 days notice, you will receive a credit for the amount of the class. All class credits will be valid until 1 year from date of issue.
